The Planning and Monitoring Committee in an engineering college plays a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and continuous improvement. It is responsible for developing and implementing the college’s strategic plan, setting long-term goals, and aligning them with the institution’s mission.

The Function of the Committee include:

• Planning for the improvement of the infrastructure of the Institute, modernization of the laboratory, Research & Development, Institute Industry Interaction, etc.
• Planning and monitoring of various activities related to departments such as conducting symposiums, Guest Lectures, workshops, and National & International Conferences.
• Monitoring the academic performance, training, and placement activities of the students.
• Planning and monitoring the Faculty development.
